Linda logs on to the Service Intelligence Researcher Site site and checks out the new jobs available in her city. Within moments she has selected a local fast-food outlet. She prints off the Audit Form and reviews any new instructions for this site.

Linda completed the project-specific training for this customer a few months ago and has audited them a couple of times already.

"I enjoy the online training," says Linda. "It makes it so easy to do the audit properly and there's little confusion when I can see actual pictures of how things are supposed to be."

While doing her errands Linda parks at the restaurant and does her audit. During the audit she notes the cleanliness of the facility, the service she receives and the quality of the food. After completing the Shop (and eating her food) she returns to her car and continues her errands. Once away from the restaurant (to maintain anonymity) she parks and writes down on the Audit Form all of the information gained from the audit.

Back at home she submits the information over the internet and her work is done. The next month her pay and expenses are automatically deposited in her bank account.
